Tito Montes, founder and president of Mutt-Made Miracles, started this organization as a way to connect with fellow dog lovers and build a stronger community. With a background in business management and operations, he has led the nonprofit’s growth into a movement dedicated to hosting New Mexico’s largest adoption festivals. Along the way, Tito has made it a priority to support small businesses, create engaging pet-friendly events, and strengthen partnerships with local shelters to make a lasting impact on pet adoptions.
